Changing homes
Occasionally, the needs of residents change over the years, regarding the size of the home, for example. The family may grow or children may move out to live on their own, and there will be a need to change homes to a bigger or smaller one.
When you wish to move from one Espoon Asunnot home to another, please complete the electronic housing application on our website. In the application, you can explain why you need to apply for a new home. Please note that you must have lived in your current home for at least one year before you can apply for a switch.
Swapping homes with another resident of Espoon Asunnot is not possible, because we need to inspect and, if necessary, renovate the homes before new residents move there.
