Club room

In the club rooms, it is possible to organise joint activities for the residents, such as children’s parties, book clubs and Christmas parties. In many of our residential buildings, the club room is also well suited for small events of your own, such as birthday parties.

For more information, please contact the residents’ committee of your property, which is responsible for the keys to the club room. A few properties do not have a residents’ committee, in which case the key to the club room can be obtained from the maintenance company. The key will only be handed over to adult residents.

The same policies apply to all Espoon Asunnot club rooms. Other rules for using the club rooms are usually decided by the residents’ committee of the building.

Common policies for club rooms

• The club room is intended for the building’s residents and their guests. Only the building’s own residents can organise events in the club room, and letting outsiders borrow the facilities is not allowed.
• The club room may not be used for business purposes. However, jumble sales, flea markets, clothing and dishware parties and other similar small-scale events are allowed.
• The club room may not be used for religious or political events. An exception to this are one-time coffee services related to religious events. Examples of these include coffee services after christenings, confirmation parties and memorial services.
