The majority of our housing options consist of state-subsidised ARA housing, with tenants selected based on their need for housing, wealth, and income. If your wealth exceeds the wealth limits for ARA housing, you can apply for a non-subsidized rental apartment, which does not have urgency classifications or wealth limits.
