Rent
The rent is paid on the 4th day of each month, or on the following working day if the due date falls on a weekend. If you know you will be late in paying your rent, please contact Espoon Asunnot’s Rent Control (Vuokravalvonta).
You have access to the residents’ online service EAsy, where you can find plenty of useful information related to your housing. You can also use EAsy to update your own contact information and report any faults.
EAsy contains information about your lease agreement, invoices and payments. You can use the service to check if your payment status is up to date and also to pay invoices related to your rental housing. You can find all this in the My finances & agreements section on EAsy.
