Parking space reservation details are now shown in the Bookings section in EAsy
We are using a new system for managing and reserving parking spaces. From now on, parking spaces are shown in the Bookings section in EAsy, where you can also reserve a parking space, join a waiting list, and cancel your parking space.
If you already have a parking space
- You do not need to do anything. You can continue using your parking space as usual.
- In the My finances & agreements section of EAsy, you may see a note stating that your parking space agreement has ended. This note is due to the system change. Your parking space has not been cancelled and its use remains unchanged.
- You can find your parking space reservation details in the Bookings section of EAsy.
If you do not have a parking space and want to reserve one
- You can reserve a parking space in the Bookings section, where the available parking spaces in your building are shown.
- You can start using the parking space only after you have received a confirmation email.
If you want to cancel your parking space
- You can cancel your parking space in the Bookings section.
- The notice period for cancelling a parking space is one calendar month.
