Residents’ meetings will start soon – all residents are welcome to attend!
Residents’ meetings will begin in mid-September. You are warmly welcome to attend the meeting for the building where you live! An invitation will be delivered to every home and posted on the building’s noticeboard no later than two weeks before the meeting.
A residents’ meeting is held at each of our properties at least once a year. This year, the meetings will take place from mid-September to mid-November.
Useful information and a chance to get together
It is worth attending the meeting, even if you have no previous experience of resident activities.
At the meeting, you can meet your neighbours and hear the latest news. Residents can also plan activities and discuss how the budget for resident activities will be used in the coming year.
The residents’ meeting elects the residents’ committee for the property. Instead of a residents’ committee, the meeting may elect a representative for the residents of the property.
Attending the meeting does not oblige you to take on any role in resident activities. Everyone can get involved as much or as little as they wish.
