At the moment, we do not have any restaurant or café spaces available.

Already renting a commercial space?
If you are planning changes to your rented premises, you will need prior approval.
Approved alterations are carried out by Espoon Asunnot’s partner contractor. If necessary, we will agree with you on an inspection before the work begins. The tenant is responsible for all costs related to the alterations.
Please remember that you may not start any alteration work before receiving our approval.
