Commercial space alteration work application

Use this form to apply for permission to make alterations to a commercial space. Please fill out the form carefully so we can process your application smoothly. Approved alterations are carried out by Espoon Asunnot’s partner contractor. If the planned work is feasible, we will arrange an inspection of the space with you if needed.

The tenant is responsible for all costs related to the alterations.

Please note that you may not begin any alteration work until you have received our approval.
