Apartment maintenance
Cooperation is the key to comfortable and functional living. As the property owner, we make sure the buildings stay in good condition. We carry out regular maintenance and repairs, keep the surroundings clean, and respond quickly to any problems.
As a tenant, you are responsible for keeping your home tidy and reporting any faults or damage in time. This way, we can jointly ensure that the apartments remain in good condition.
Repair programme
We draw up a repair programme every year. This is a list of maintenance and care repairs that we have planned for the year. In addition to the planned repairs, we carry out unforeseen repairs, which may be due to water damage, for example.
We usually carry out minor repairs to individual homes when the tenant changes.
We inform residents well in advance about upcoming renovations
For example:
- We inform residents about kitchen and bathroom renovations six (6) months before the renovation starts.
- We aim to inform residents about window renovations at least two (2) months before the renovation starts.
Usually, residents can stay in their homes during the renovations.
We plan renovations based on the building’s age, condition, and inspection results
We always plan and make repairs to properties according to the needs, the age and condition of the building and the inspections carried out. Below you can find indicative schedules for the most common renovations.
