Friisilä is a subdistrict of the Olari district. This laid-back village, filled with detached houses old and new nestles by Espoo Central Park. This means that it is always easy to enjoy the calming embrace of nature. The area is a perfect choice for those who enjoy more peaceful living.

Friisilä itself does not feature many other services, but the centre of Olari close by provides everything from shops to a pharmacy. All our apartments are heated either with renewable district heating or with ground-source heat pumps.
Our district heating is supplied through Fortum Renewable and its origin is verified with guarantees of origin. We have also purchased guarantees of origin for nuclear electricity used in our properties. As a result, the heating of your home and the electricity used in the property generate virtually no fossil greenhouse gas emissions.
Heating is one of the biggest factors affecting the carbon footprint of housing. You can calculate the carbon footprint of your own home using a carbon footprint calculator and enter zero emissions for heating.
