You can use useful everyday services without extra fees. Living is easy – your basic needs are covered. Please note that not all of our buildings have a laundry room.

The rent includes a free 50 Mbps internet connection.

With our easy-to-use online service, you can manage almost everything related to your housing. All the important information and services are in one place – available 24/7, wherever you are.

Most of our buildings have a shared sauna. You can book a weekly sauna session for yourself – it only costs 15 euros per month.

Pets are warmly welcome in our homes, whether they have four legs, two wings, or even fins.

All our homes are heated with carbon-free district or ground source heating, and we use green electricity in our buildings. We offer the conditions for low-carbon everyday living – but the environment benefits the most when we make good choices together.

We promote resident activities and support resident participation, as working together is the best way to improve the comfort of the living environment.
