
As of 2 May 2025, the property management telephone service will operate on the basis of call-back requests
In the future, you can reach the property manager of your apartment building by calling our customer service and leaving a call-back request. You can also say at which time you would like to receive the call-back. Our customer phone service is open on weekdays from 9:00 to noon, tel. 09 3544 5000.
In very urgent situations, the property manager can be reached quickly. In other situations, the property manager will respond to a call-back request no later than the following working day.
Until now, our property managers have had telephone hours three days a week, and they have also accepted call-back requests. The property management telephone service will switch to a call-back request model, as we have received good feedback on the model. In this model, property managers get to learn about the resident’s case before calling the resident back. This means that the phone service is smooth and fast.
