Has your phone number, email address, or bank account number changed? If yes, please remember to update your contact details in EAsy.
Why is it important to keep your contact details up to date?
Correct contact details help make sure that:
- you receive housing-related notices and newsletters
- we can contact you when needed
- any refunds are sent to the correct bank account
How to check and update your details
- Log in to EAsy or register as a new user.
- Open the menu in the top left corner.
- Select My information and check your contact details.
