Charging a hybrid or electric car at our properties

Charging a hybrid or electric car at our properties is only allowed via a separate charging point. Charging from a standard heating post is not allowed.

How to order a charging option

First, check the availability of charging points for your property in EAsy and follow the instructions below.

1. There are free charging spaces at the property
   • Reserve an EV charging parking space in the EAsy booking service.
   • You will receive an email when your reservation has been processed.
   • After that, make a charging agreement in eParking (eparking.fi or the eParking Suomi app).
2. There are charging spaces, but they are all reserved
   • If you do not yet have a parking space, reserve a parking space with a heating post in the EAsy booking service.
   • Fill in the charging request form: https://eparking.fi/fi/landing#!/espoonasunnot
   • You will receive an email when your request has been processed.
3. There are no charging spaces at the property
   • If you do not yet have a parking space, reserve a parking space with a heating post in the EAsy booking service.
   • Fill in the charging request form: https://eparking.fi/fi/landing#!/espoonasunnot
   • You will receive an email when your request has been processed.

Note: If you already have a parking space with a heating post, do not reserve a new one. Fill in the charging request form instead. We will first try to move you to a parking space that has charging available. This means you may need to change your parking space to get charging option.

Price and charging power

In addition to the monthly rent for your parking space, you will pay a separate monthly fee for the charging service and the cost of electricity based on your use. The monthly fee for the charging point is €15/month. You can find the detailed prices in the charging request form.

The charging point has a power output of 1.8 kW, which typically allows for approximately 100 km of range with overnight charging.
