We have reviewed the rent apportionment in six properties

The purpose of reviewing the rent apportionment is to ensure a fairer distribution of rents and to keep rent levels reasonable for all residents.

This autumn, we have reviewed the apportionment for six properties. As a result of the changes, rents are now distributed more fairly among apartments of different sizes and reflect the current situation more accurately.

These adjustments will affect individual apartment rents. In some apartments, the rent adjustment is higher than the average adjustment at the site and in some, the rent will decrease. Each apartment has been assessed individually.

Why is the rent apportionment reviewed?

The basis for rent allocation may need to be reviewed if the rent levels of apartments of different sizes no longer correspond to the general rent level. In such cases, the previous apportionment no longer results in a fair outcome between apartment types.

With these adjustments, we aim to ensure that rent determination remains up-to-date and is based on the fairest possible assessment. At the same time, we support the rental appeal of different apartment sizes and help ensure affordability for all tenants going forward.

Rent invoices have been sent

At the end of September, we confirmed the rents for the year 2026. Each resident will receive a rent invoice letter by post during October, detailing their specific apartment rent.

The new rents will take effect on January 1, 2026.
