New message in EAsy? Here’s how to find it easily

Did you get an email about a new message but cannot log in? Don’t worry. Below are some helpful tips to read the message.

In EAsy, we publish announcements about the building you live in, as well as messages about housing services and everyday practical matters. You won’t find building-specific notices on the website—they are only available in the EAsy online service.

The easiest way to read a new message or notice is to use the link in the email notification. It takes you straight to the EAsy login page. If you’ve already registered, log in with your email address and password. You’ll find the message in the Notices section after logging in.

Please note: You cannot log in directly using online banking credentials or a mobile ID. These identification methods are only used when you create your account.

First time logging in?

Here’s how to create an account:

  1. On the login page, click “Create account”
  2. Enter an email address that you have access to
  3. You’ll receive an email with registration instructions
  4. Confirm your identity with online banking credentials or a mobile ID
  5. Create a password

After your account is created, you will always log in using your email and password.

Forgot your password?

You can request a new password by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password. The link is valid for one hour, so please act quickly.

Login not working?

If you can’t create an account or log in, your email address may be outdated in our customer records. In this case, our customer service can help check and update your information.

Visit EAsy regularly

It’s a good idea to open EAsy from time to time. There, you can check your payment status, manage matters related to your housing, and see if there are any new messages in the Notices section.
