Club room – shared space for residents
The building’s club room is available for residents to use for their own and shared events. You can book it for parties, meetings, clubs, or small events. The room is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The club room is for residents and their guests. The space can be booked by an adult resident or party to a lease agreement and they must be present during the event. The person who books the room is responsible for the room and its key, furniture, cleanliness, and making sure the event does not disturb others.
Please remember that Espoon Asunnot’s house rules also apply in the club room. Smoking is not allowed in the room or outside its entrance. Pets are not allowed inside the club room.
The club room cannot be used for business, or for religious or political events. Exceptions are one-time sales events, flea markets, and certain family celebrations, such as christening or memorial gatherings.
