Technical error in the EAsy booking service

There has been a technical error in the EAsy booking service. As a result, some waiting list information related to parking spaces and sauna bookings has been visible to other residents. This information should not have been visible to other users.

The error has affected the service since 20 January 2026. The issue has now been corrected.

The following information may have been visible:

  • the title of the waiting request
  • the booking item (a parking space or a sauna slot)
  • the date of waiting list registration

Residents have not able to see each other’s names or other personal data.

The situation has now been rectified. Additional safeguards have been implemented to prevent a similar error from occurring again. We have also reviewed the waiting lists and restored entries that were incorrectly deleted.

We are investigating the matter and will continue to develop the service to ensure that it functions reliably and correctly in the future.
