Explore our rebuilt website – clearer content, smarter navigation
This update was led by the communications team, working closely with customer service and other experts.
Our goal was to simplify the website so that all essential information is available in one place without unnecessary clicks or confusion. We also made a special effort to use clear language and avoid unnecessary jargon.
Fewer pages, more clarity
The website content has been completely rebuilt. Related topics have been grouped into larger, clearer sections, significantly reducing the total number of pages.
The site structure has also been reorganized, and familiar topics can now be found under new headings:
- Find a home is now Applicants
- At Home is now Residents
- Moving is a new section that brings together everything related to moving in and out.
These changes are based on visitor statistics and user feedback. Moving-related information was particularly in demand, and it is now conveniently located in one place.
The contact information also has a new location. The link to the page can now be found at the bottom of the website, in the so-called footer.
Elsa Bot helps you get started
Since the website’s structure has changed, it might take a moment to get used to the new layout.
The new AI-powered Elsa Bot will soon be here to help. You’ll be able to ask it anything, and it will provide the right answer quickly and effortlessly.
What do you think?
Now it’s your turn to let us know how we did.
Each page includes a feedback tool, where you can easily tell us whether you found what you were looking for. Your feedback on the website’s content and usability is especially valuable at this stage, as we want to ensure the new site truly serves its users.
If you have questions or wish to give feedback on other matters, you’ll find the right contact channel on the new Contact and service channels page.
Thank you for your input!
