Imposters have tried to enter apartments

Imposters have tried to enter the apartments acting as maintenance persons. In some cases, imposters have contacted residents in advance by phone and said they will arrive to do a ventilation inspection or replace some seals.

If you have not made a service request, you can ask the service person to show you an ID card and call the maintenance company and ask the purpose of the visit. We would like to remind you that maintenance work, installations or inspections are never paid directly to the service person by bank card or cash. An invoice will be sent separately for all maintenance work for which the resident is responsible for paying.

Something broken?

Leaky faucet or something else, always send fault notifications to the maintenance company. Questions related to car heating pole keys or sauna bookings should also be presented to the maintenance company.
