Scam related to fire alarm inspections in the name of the maintenance company
There is a scam circulating in the name of the maintenance company Tapiolan Lämpö. The scam involves practices related to fire alarm inspections, where charges are imposed for actions supposedly associated with the inspection of smoke detectors.
In the properties of Espoon Asunnot, there are no ongoing inspections or maintenance activities related to fire alarms conducted by Tapiolan Lämpö or any other maintenance companies.
Please note that we provide written notice of any potential visits or maintenance activities at least 14 days in advance. The personnel conducting maintenance and inspections have always photo IDs. Additionally, our maintenance companies do not directly invoice residents for completed actions. The invoicing entity is always Espoon Asunnot Oy.
