Renewing our services cause exceptions in our customer phone service's hours this spring

At Espoon Asunnot, winds of change are blowing this spring: We are replacing our current background system with a new one, and at the same time, something completely new is in store for our customers. The EAsy service channel, which offers an even better and more flexible way to handle housing-related matters, from applying for an apartment to terminating a lease agreement!

The ongoing system change is significant, and it affects many of our key operating methods. Therefore, we are preparing it carefully. An important part of the change is testing the new system and training the staff to use it.

The trainings are scheduled for February-March, and these, along with other activities related to the system change, will cause temporary restrictions in the opening hours of our customer phone service. 

From 1 to 15 March we will serve exceptionally from 9 am to 11 am.

Our customer phone service's is closed on Friday, March 8.

Other changes are also possible. Up-to-date information on the exceptional opening hours of our customer phone service can always be found in the yellow banner placed at the top of our website.
