How to apply for housing

Applying for rental housing with us is different from providers who do not offer ARA rental housing constructed with state support. Please read the below pages carefully before completing and submitting your application. If you cannot find an answer to your questions here, you can always contact our customer service.

Filling in an application

Please read the instructions before submitting your application. This is to ensure that all the essential information can be found on your application.

Tenant selection

We do not have a queue system. Check out the steps your application will go through before a possible housing offer.

Selection criteria

We do not have a queue system. Instead, the residents are selected based on a need assessment. We take into account, for example, the urgency of the need for housing.

Wealth limits

Due to the wealth limits on state-subsidised rental housing, the applicant’s wealth is taken into account in the process.

Debts and credit data

We will check the credit rating of all applicants. Rental and other housing-related debts are considered in the selection.

Editing an application

Your life situation may change after the application is submitted. Find out about situations when you should fill in a new application.

Housing application

You can apply for a rental home using the electronic form available on the external website. Please fill out the application carefully, as if we are able to offer you an apartment, we will do so based on the information and preferences provided in the application.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have questions, you can always contact our customer service. You may, however, find the answer to your question closer than you think.

Housing offer

You will get a housing offer when we find you a home. You can then see the apartment and accept the offer if you are happy with it.
