As the largest lessor in Espoo, we own over 17,000 homes in different parts of Espoo. We aim to start the construction of 300 new affordable homes every year.
We operate on a cost-price principle. This means that the income from rents is eventually returned to the residents when we renovate, repair and maintain houses, courtyards and other living environments.
We rent out homes with a good price-quality ratio. In our homes, daily life is smooth. People enjoy their homes and want to live there for a long time. We keep the homes rented so that our ARA rent level will continue to be clearly lower than the market rent.
