If you notice a problem with your home – for example, your fridge breaks down – please contact the maintenance company. On our website and the building’s notice board, you will find the contact details of the maintenance company and the cleaning company, as well as the emergency number that you can call in urgent cases after office hours.

The responsibility table shows which faults are the responsibility of the maintenance company and which belong to the resident. If you are concerned about something else than a fault for which the maintenance company is responsible, please contact our customer service.

You can improve indoor air quality by ensuring adequate ventilation, using dust-free interior materials, cleaning weekly and avoiding smoking indoors.


Espoon Asunnot makes a repair programme for maintenance and care repairs every year. We will inform residents well in advance before beginning renovations.
