You can get a conditional free cleaning service, if you have fulfilled all your responsibilities as a tenant, and you make your termination notice at least 6 weeks before the ending date of your contract. Terms of the offer
- You can get the conditional free cleaning service if you make your termination notice electronically at least 6 weeks before the ending date of your contract and have fulfilled all your responsibilities as a tenant.
- Apartment must be emptied before cleaning. The conditional cleaning service does not include the removal of furniture.
- The conditional free cleaning service is a basic level cleaning. It can be performed into an apartment that has been normally cleaned during the tenancy. The conditional free cleaning service does not include special cleaning, such as tobacco odor removal or clearance cleaning etc.
- If a conditional free cleaning service is been offered to you, we will send you a confirmation email about it. Please read the confirmation thoroughly, it contains instructions on how you can utilize the offer.
