We are the largest provider of rental housing in Espoo and a familiar organisation for many Espoo residents. We have almost 17,000 affordable homes in different parts of the city, and 35,000 Espoo residents live in them. Our goal is to build a city that is economically, ecologically and socially sustainable for future generations.
We operate on a cost-price principle. This means that the income from rents is eventually returned to the residents when we renovate, repair and maintain houses, courtyards and other living environments.
